What's New at the Bob Tiffin Service Center
Bob Tiffin set a standard when he founded Tiffin Motorhomes over 51 years ago: his company will be built on customer service. Over the years, Tiffin Motorhomes has experienced remarkable growth; therefore, we must recognize the need to adapt to serve a broader clientele while still staying true to the legacy that Bob Tiffin created. To continue upholding this legacy with high demand, evolution is necessary. We are excited to announce many new and upcoming services to the Bob Tiffin Service Center. Earlier this year, we expanded our offerings to provide customers with mechanic services for general annual maintenance, and provide customer-pay work for those beyond their limited warranty. We also started providing insurance jobs to help assist you on any insurance-related repairs. We are very excited to announce that in early 2024, the Bob Tiffin Service Center will be transitioning to an appointment based model. We're also providing additional RV maintenance services, and offering RV orientations, giving owners a detailed orientation of their coach! Our commitment remains true, ensuring that the Bob Tiffin Service Center not only endures, but thrives in meeting the evolving needs of our valued customers.

The Bob Tiffin Service Center will be transitioning operations from first come, first serve basis into an appointment based operations. For more information or to schedule your appointment, please contact us at (256)356-8661 , follow the promptings and choose "Scheduling." For our owners who have repair needs, both warrantable & customer pay that might take less than 3 hours, we will continue to have 7 express bays dedicated to our legacy operations.
Customer Pay Work
Beyond warranty coverage, we extend the opportunity for our esteemed owners to have their coaches expertly repaired by our skilled technicians, even if they have exceeded their limited warranty. Our exceptional repair services are available for models from 2015 and onward, ensuring that your coach receives top-tier care and attention, maintaining its peak performance regardless of warranty status. Mechanic Services
We now provide our owners general annual services to keep your RV in prime condition. Our general annual services encompass a range of essential maintenance, including oil changes, generator services, transmission services, axle services, air systems, suspension systems, power steering systems, fan drive systems, Koni shock upgrades, and thorough chassis inspections.
