HOW TO MANUALLY DUMP THE TANKS
Remove the basement wall on the road side of the coach.
You will see two 8×8 cutouts (black, grey) for the valves
(On a 375FL the black tank will be located under the underbelly behind the rear axle on road side)
Disconnect the grenade pin and turn the handle sideways. Pull handle straight up to dump tank.
Electric Power – 110V
NO AC POWER TO RV
Check the shoreline power pole for power
Check the circuit breakers at the breaker box
Check the GFI outlets and make sure they are not tripped
Call Tech Support if all has been completed
Furnace
FURNACE DOES NOT IGNITE
Check the propane tank make sure it is full
Light the stove top to ensure all air is out of the system
Remove any obstruction over furnace exhaust
Inspect exhaust tube for any obstructions
Make sure 12V power is going to the outlet
Bleed the ignitor (leave propane on, loosen brass connector next to ignitor then retighten)
Call Tech Support if all has been completed
Interior Lights
LIGHTS ARE DIM
The lights are on a dimmer switch.
Press and hold the light button and the lights will Dim or Brighten up.
Jacks/ Leveling System
NO POWER TO CONTROL PANEL ON BASEMENT DOOR
Make sure your battery has 12V charge
Check the connection at the control panel and make sure it hasn’t come unplugged
Check the 10AMP fuse located behind the hydraulic pump (If blown replace it)
Call Tech Support if no resolution
Microwave
WILL NOT POWER ON
Check and make sure the microwave is plugged in.
Check the power source and make sure you have power
Make sure the GFI is not tripped
Call Tech Support if no resolution
Outside Receptacle
NO POWER TO OUTSIDE RECEPTACLE
Make sure you have power at the power pole
Check the GFCI and make sure it is not tripped
Check the breaker in the breaker box
Contact Vanleigh or qualified technician if the problem is not resolved.
Roof Air Conditioner
DOES NOT GET COLD ENOUGH
Start your AC before the day gets too hot.
Make sure the outside coil is not blocked or froze up
Offset the heat gain
Close all blinds and windows
Use your awnings
Keep entrance doors closed
Call Tech Support if no resolution
Running Lights
RUNNING LIGHTS NOT WORKING
Blown fuse. Check the fuse under the king pin to make sure fuse is not blown.
Check 7-way plug for good connection
Call Tech Support if no resolution
TV Reception
POOR TV RECEPTION
Bad connection at TV or connection in Wet Bay. Make sure the connections are good at both.
If watching cable, make sure your antenna booster is off.
Antenna not pointed in direction of sending stations.
Satellite not receiving good signal. Adjust the satellite direction.
Call Tech Support if no resolution
Water Pump
PUMP WILL NOT SHUT OFF, RUNS WHEN FAUCET IS CLOSED
Turn off the pump or city water supply.
Check for damp areas around plumbing appliances.
Check plumbing for leaks and inspect for leaky valves on toilet
Have the pump checked by your dealer or qualified RV technician
Call Tech Support if no resolution
Winterizing
HOW TO WINTERIZE
Drain the water heater using the low point drains
Turn the bypass valve in the wet bay area on
Turn the valve to the winterize position
Attach the hose coming from antifreeze to the winterizing port
Turn on the pump
Turn on the faucets until the antifreeze starts to come out

The user can move through the header navigation by hitting the tab key to access the different navgiation
options. To open a sub menu the user can hit the down arrow and tab into the sub menu. To exit the sub
menu the user can hit the esc key.
The user can open the search by tabbing to the search icon and hitting the down arrow key. To submit the
search query the user can hit the enter key. To exit search the user can hit the esc key.
