The lottery application for the Tiffin Allegro Club Fall Rally will open at 𝟗 𝐚𝐦 (Central Time) on 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒. Applications will be accepted through 3 pm CST (Central Time). Be sure to mark your calendars and set reminders so you don't miss out on a chance to secure your spot!
Please make sure your membership is up-to-date at the time of application. If your membership expires prior to or during the rally, you must renew it to participate.
Here's What Your Rally Package Includes:
Camping Fees: Enjoy full hookup sites with 50 or 30-amp electric, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi.
𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀: Kick off the rally with a token of appreciation from us. Your welcome bag is filled with gifts to enhance your rally experience.
Themed Costume Nights: Get ready to strut your stuff at our themed costume nights. Travel back to the '50s with poodle skirts, leather jackets, and soda jerk hats for a Rock 'n' Roll bash. Swing into the 60s with tie-dye shirts, peace signs, and flower crowns as we embrace the era of love and hippie vibes. Then, boogie into the 70s with your flashiest disco attire, bell-bottoms, and platform shoes for a night of funk and glitter. Each night will be filled with music, dancing, and contests, so come dressed to impress and ready to have a blast!
Catered Meals & Ice Cream Socials: Savor a variety of mouthwatering dishes, and don't miss our fun-filled ice cream socials. It's the perfect way to relax, reminisce, and enjoy the sweet side of our retro celebration!

𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗹𝘀: Block parties and crawls are a great way for you to get to know the other Tiffin owners parked in your section. Work together to decorate your block, then encircle your chairs and settle in for laughter, good conversation, and making new friends! This is also a great time to open your coach for walkthrough tours if you’d like. (You do not have to open your coach to visitors if you don’t want to). Provide snacks, appetizers, or beverages outside of your coach if you would like folks to stop by. Games and costumes are highly encouraged.

If you plan to have an additional guest(s) stay on-site in your coach who are not included in your initial registration, please note the following:
𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁: The fee for each additional guest is $250 per person.
Please ensure that you provide accurate information about any additional guest(s) on the lottery application to facilitate a smooth registration process.
𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:
To manage access and ensure equitable participation, we will be handling rally registrations through a lottery process. This process is designed to provide a fair opportunity for all members a chance to secure a spot at the rally.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: Only one lottery application is allowed per couple/person per coach. If our records indicate that multiple applications have been submitted for the same owner or coach, the applicant will be deemed ineligible to participate, and the application will be voided.
• 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The lottery process is based on a fair and randomized distribution system using your Tiffin Allegro Club member number. Your Tiffin Allegro Club membership number serves as your unique identifier throughout the lottery application process. Please ensure accuracy when providing this information, as it is crucial for a smooth and fair selection process.
𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴:
The lottery application will open on May 22, 2024, at 9 am CST and close at 3 pm CST.
The registration link will be posted on the Tiffin Allegro Club Facebook page, the Tiffin Allegro Club website, and the Tiffin Sideroads and emailed on Wednesday morning, May 22, 2024, before the application opens.
𝗧𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆:
• You will need your valid Tiffin Allegro Club membership number along with the expiration date and your valid full 17-digit Tiffin Chassis VIN number. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆.
• Your Tiffin Allegro Club membership must be up-to-date at the time the lottery registration opens and must remain current to participate in the rally.
• Lottery applications will not be accepted by phone, email, or in person.
𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀:
Once the lottery application has closed, applications will be selected via a random selection system.
𝗟𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
All applicants will receive an email notifying them of their application status no later than Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Please make sure to check your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for this important communication.
𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 – 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁! A time-sensitive email with a payment link will be sent to all selected applicants to finalize and secure their reservation. Payment must be made within the specific time frame listed in the email from the Tiffin Allegro Club office, [email protected]. Failure to pay within the allotted time frame will result in the forfeiture of your registration, and a new selection will be made. No exceptions.
𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
If, unfortunately, your application is not selected, don't worry – you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list will remain active up until the day before the rally. Life happens, so spots may become available, and the waiting list gives you an opportunity to join the rally.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿:
Life is unpredictable, and we understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your plans. However, we want to bring your attention to our cancellation policy to ensure everyone is well informed.
• 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗲: In the event you need to cancel, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of the administrative efforts involved.
• 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: No refunds, in part or whole, will be issued after the refund deadline of August 19, 2024. By this date, we are fully committed to covering all rally expenses.
