This rally is open to all Tiffin Class A, Super C, Wayfarer, and Midas owners.
From sunrise to sunset, we've packed your week with excitement; join us for tech talks, dealer and vendor showcases, educational seminars, themed parties, outdoor activities, catered meals, live entertainment, and so much more!
Your rally fee includes:
Camping and Resort Fees: Enjoy spacious full hookup sites with 50 or 30-amp electric, water, sewer, free Wi-Fi, cable TV access, a charcoal grill, and a personal picnic table.
Welcome Bag with Gifts: Kick off the rally with a token of appreciation from us. Your welcome bag is filled with surprises to enhance your rally experience.
Live Entertainment: Dance the night away as you groove to the rhythm of live entertainment that'll keep the energy high and the smiles wide. It's a celebration under the stars!

Pet Costume Contest: Get ready to unleash the cuteness overload! We're excited to announce the Bark-aritaville Pet Costume Contest. Categories: Most Creative Costume, Best Tiffin-Themed Outfit, Funniest Costume. Winners receive pawsitively amazing prizes.
Block Parties & Crawls: Block parties and crawls are a great way for you to get to know the other Tiffin owners parked in your section. Work together to decorate your block, then encircle your chairs and settle in for laughter, good conversation, and making new friends! This is also a great time to open your coach for walkthrough tours if you’d like. (You do not have to open your coach to visitors if you don’t want to). Provide snacks, appetizers, or beverages outside of your coach if you would like folks to stop by. Games and costumes are highly encouraged.

Additional Guest Registration Details:
If you plan to have additional guest(s) stay on-site in your coach who are not included in your initial registration, please note the following:
Cost: The fee for each additional guest is $200 per person.
Please ensure that you provide accurate information about any additional guest(s) on the lottery application to facilitate a smooth registration process.
Lottery Process Overview:
To manage access and ensure equitable participation, we will be handling rally registrations through a lottery process. This process is designed to provide a fair opportunity for all members a chance to secure a spot at the rally.
Key Points:
- One Application Per Coach: Only one lottery application is allowed per couple/person per coach. If our records indicate that multiple applications have been submitted for the same owner or coach, the applicant will be deemed ineligible to participate, and the application will be voided.
- Fair and Randomized Distribution: The lottery process is based on a fair and randomized distribution system using your Tiffin Allegro Club member number. Your Tiffin Allegro Club membership number serves as your unique identifier throughout the lottery application process. Please ensure accuracy when providing this information, as it is crucial for a smooth and fair selection process.
- Lottery Application Opening:The lottery application opens at 9 am CST, Thursday, January 4, 2024, and closes at 1 pm CST. The application link will be posted on the Tiffin Allegro Club Facebook page, the Tiffin Allegro Club website, and the Tiffin Sideroads website and will be sent by email on Thursday morning, January 4, 2024, before the application opens.
To Apply:
- You will need your valid Tiffin Allegro Club membership number along with the expiration date and your valid full 17-digit Tiffin Chassis VIN number. These items will be verified for accuracy.
- Your Tiffin Allegro Club membership must be up-to-date at the time the application opens and must remain current to participate in the rally. If your membership has expired or will expire before or during the rally, you MUST renew by January 2, 2024, to be eligible to apply for the April rally lottery. Membership applications received after January 2, 2024, will not be processed in time for this rally.
- Lottery applications will not be accepted by phone, email, or in person.
Selection Process:
Once the lottery application has closed, applications will be selected via a random selection system.
Lottery Result Notification:
All applicants will receive an email notifying them of their application status by Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Please be sure to check your email inbox, including the spam/junk folder, for this important communication.
Selected Applicants – Act Fast! A time-sensitive email with a payment link will be sent to all selected applicants to finalize and secure their reservation. Payment must be made within the specific time frame listed in the email from the Tiffin Allegro Club office, [email protected]. Failure to pay within the allotted time frame will result in the forfeiture of your registration, and a new selection will be made. No exceptions.
Waiting List Information:
If, unfortunately, your application is not selected, don't worry – you will automatically be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list will remain active up until the day before the rally. Life happens, so spots may become available, and the waiting list gives you an opportunity to join the rally.
Cancellation Policy Reminder:
Life is unpredictable, and we understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your plans. However, we want to bring your attention to our cancellation policy to ensure everyone is well informed.
- Cancellation Fee: In the event you need to cancel, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of the administrative efforts involved.
- Refund Deadline: No refunds, in part or whole, will be issued after the refund deadline of March 4, 2024. By this date, we are fully committed to covering all rally expenses.
